If you decide that you would like to rent one of our properties, we will require a holding deposit of one weeks rent to take the property off our available listing. This is subject to agreed Contract and Reference, by the landlord. 

A security deposit normally equivalent to five weeks rent, is required in cleared funds approximately 5 days prior to occupation.
